Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm 

Damaged or incorrect items will be exchanged or refunded at no cost to the customer within 14 days on receiving the item(s), however exchange or size changes will incur a £10.00 supplement, and will only be accepted if the item can be resold.                                                                                                 

Items that include club/university or college crest, sponsor logo, names or initials cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges/Refunds

To exchange an item(s) they must be sent back to Pure Sport & Leisure Ltd and checked before alternative items will be sent out, the items must be in original packaging and contain all original labels No item(s)can be exchanged or refunded after 28 days. No item(s)  will be exchanged or refunded if the item(s) include (s) an organization, club, university or college logo/crest or sponsor, numbers,  name (s) or initials.
